Imagine your favourite food items that are not only delicious but also help to keep you free from illness. Most of these food items are present in your fridge itself. These superfoods can help your body to resist illness like the flu, cold etc. A strong and healthy immune system helps in warding all of the diseases effectively.

Here I have curated a list of all the food items that you should consume in your daily wellness routine in order to improve your immunity. 

1. Nuts and seeds

We should start our day by eating at least 6-7 nuts. It helps in improving metabolism. Nuts and seeds are rich in zinc, iron, selenium and B complex vitamins vital for boosting immunity. Zinc is linked to the production of white blood cells, which are the most important part of our immune system.
